AREAS OF USE

It is safely used for decorative and protective purposes on all kinds of interior surfaces such as plaster, plaster, concrete and eternit.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Surface Preparation;

• The surface to be applied must be solid, dry, clean and free from loose parts. 

• Dirty, dusty, swollen and old painted surfaces must be scraped and cleaned and surface defects must be corrected with Dema Acrylic Putty. 

Preparation of the Mixture; 

• The product is diluted with 10-15% water. 

• The product must be mixed with a medium speed mixer at 400-600 rpm until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. 

Application; 

• The surface must be primed with a suitable primer beforehand.

• 2 coats must be applied to the surface with a roller or brush. 

• 3-4 hours must be waited between coats. 

During application, care must be taken to ensure that the surface and ambient temperature are between 5-35 °C.

Consumption; 

• Total theoretical consumption is 0.400 kg/m2- 0.800 kg/m2

STORAGE CONDITIONS

• Shelf life is 12 months.

• It should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight, and protected from frost.

Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other, and should be shipped in a first-in, first-out manner.

It can be stored in its original packaging in environments between 5 – 35 °C, away from direct sunlight. It should be protected from excessive heat, humidity and frost.

3 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg.

THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED

• In order to obtain the desired texture and for ease of application, it is recommended to use a satin roller when applying on flat surfaces such as satin plaster and putty; and a plastic roller when applying on plastered and highly absorbent surfaces.

• Old paint layers that cannot support themselves under the paint and absorbent surfaces such as lime should be cleaned.

• Attention should be paid to the application temperature, and application should be carried out between +5°C and +30°C.

SAFETY ADVICE

• During application, appropriate work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and a mask should be used.

• Hands and eyes should be protected with gloves and protective glasses. In case of eye contact with the material, eyes should be washed with plenty of water and a doctor should be consulted immediately. 

Food and beverage materials should not be brought into the application area.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

• The paint should be mixed thoroughly before use. 

• The ambient temperature during application should be between 5-35 °C. 

After each application; the brush or roller should be cleaned with water. 

• The surfaces where Aura Silk Matte Interior Paint is applied should be protected from physical and chemical effects for 3 days. 

The paint should never be discharged into sewage and water channels. 

The application should be done as stated above.
