AREAS OF USE

It is an acrylic-based primer that increases the adhesion strength of surfaces such as gypsum plaster, gypsum block, plasterboard, aerated concrete, exposed concrete, etc., especially on absorbent surfaces, and is used before sheathing, topcoat coating or painting.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation;

• Before application, swollen, loose and unhealthy-looking surfaces should be scraped, and the old synthetic painted surface should be lightly sanded to remove oil and dirt from the surface.

• If the interior or exterior has been previously coated with a solvent-based paint, this surface must be sanded.

The oxide layer on the surface must be removed.

• Surface defects should be corrected with Dema Acrylic Putty or Demafix Repair Mortars.

Preparation of the Mixture;

• It is diluted with 15-20% water by weight and applied in a single layer by brush, roller or spraying.

APPLICATION;

STORAGE CONDITIONS 

• Shelf life is 12 months.

• It should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight and protected from frost.

• Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other and should be shipped on a first-in, first-out basis.

It can be stored in its original packaging at 5 - 35 °C, away from direct sunlight. It should be protected from extreme temperature, humidity and frost.

THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED

• In order to obtain the desired texture and for ease of application, use a satin roller when applying on flat surfaces such as satin plaster and putty; It is recommended to use a plastic roller when applying on plastered and highly absorbent surfaces.

• Old paint layers that cannot support themselves and absorbent surfaces such as lime under the paint should be cleaned.

• The application temperature should be taken into consideration; application should be made within the temperature range of +5°C +30°C.

SAFETY ADVICE

• During application, appropriate work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and mask should be used.

• Hands and eyes should be protected with gloves and protective glasses. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, the eyes should be washed with plenty of water and a doctor should be consulted immediately.

• Food and beverage materials should not be brought into the application area.
