It is a white cement-based, single-component, polymer-added, trowel-applied, 2 mm mineral grain textured, topcoat decorative facade coating.

Usage areas:

Preparation of the Surface:

•The application surface and sheets must be sound and clean of anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.

•Before application, DEMAFIX Decorative Plaster Primer is applied to the surface with a brush or roller.

Preparation of Mortar:

•25 kg Contrast Decorative Plaster - White (Thick) into approximately 6 - 6.5 liters of clean water

is added and mixed preferably with a low-speed mixer until there are no lumps.

•The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 minutes and used again by mixing for 1 - 2 minutes.

•The mixture in the container should be consumed within 1.5 hours.

Application Information:

•The material should be applied with a steel trowel and spread over the entire surface in equal thickness. Application thickness should be adjusted according to the largest aggregate.

•Within 10 minutes at the latest, while the material is still wet, a pattern should be given to the plaster by making circular movements with the plastic finishing trowel.

Consumption:

2.50 - 3.50 kg/m ² (Varies depending on the application surface.)

Attention:

•Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.

•If possible, apply without a break. If a break is necessary, divide the surface into approximately 20 m2 areas and apply separately.

•Do not allow a film layer to form on the plaster by applying the plastic finishing trowel within 10 minutes at the latest.

•Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or exposed to direct sun and wind. If snowfall or severe cold is expected within approximately 1 week after application until the cement sets, application should not be made or protective measures should be taken.

•Never add water or powder to expired mortar.

•The product should not be applied on horizontal surfaces exposed to rain.

Shelf life:

It can be stored for 12 months in moisture-free environments and in its unopened packaging on a pallet with a 10-layer stack.

Health and Safety:

with all chemical products, contact with food products, skin, eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage. During application, work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and masks in accordance with occupational and worker health rules should be used. If swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. It should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
