Preparation of the Surface:

•The application surface and sheets must be sound and clean of anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, tar , pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.

•The boards to be used must be solid and well-fitted, and the gaps between them must be closed with Multi-Purpose Polyurethane Foam or the same heat insulation material.

Preparation of Mortar:

•25 kg Contrast Thermal Insulation Board Plastering Mortar - Fiber Additive (Fine) into approximately 5.5 - 6.5 liters of clean water.

Application Information:

• At least 24 hours after doweling the thermal insulation board, apply a steel trowel on the boards for approximately 24 hours.

A first layer of plaster with a thickness of 2 mm is applied.

•While the applied mortar is still wet, PROX Plaster Mesh is pressed from top to bottom, stretched and embedded into the mortar. After the first layer of mesh plaster has slightly shed water, the second layer of plaster (2 mm thick) should be applied. After two layers of application, the net should be completely covered.

•To prevent cracking, the mesh is overlapped by 10 cm at the joints.

•Meshed corner profile should be used in the corners.

•It is necessary to wait 2 - 3 days for painting, depending on weather conditions and application thickness.

•If the air temperature is high after the application is completed, the surface should be moistened until the cement sets.

Attention:

•Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.

•Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or exposed to direct sun and wind. If snowfall or severe cold is expected within approximately 1 week after application until the cement sets, application should not be made or protective measures should be taken.

•Never add water or powder to expired mortar.

•Be careful not to use sheets that have lost their properties by being exposed to the sun for a long time.

It can be stored for 12 months in moisture-free environments and in its unopened packaging on a pallet with a 10-layer stack.
