• The application surface must be cleared of weakly structured parts , dust , oil , tar , tar , paint , silica , ash .​​​​​​​​​ The material must be clean of anti - adhesion substances such as detergent and mold oils and must be dry .​​​​​​​​​​​​
• If the application surface is concrete or plaster , it must be cured and if it is metal , it must be cleaned of rust and oil .​​​​​​​​​
• The holes should be drilled with a drill , cleaned with compressed air or water , and then the application should be made .​

Mixture :​​​

• DEMAFIX EPOXY ADHESIVE MORTAR is packaged in three components in appropriate quantities .​​​​​​​​​​ B ı les ̧ en ı ( hardening ̧ ı rı ı c ) is added onto A b ı les ̧ en ı ( epoxy resin ) , 400 - 600 rpm​​ It should be mixed for 1 - 2 minutes with a three - point drill .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​Then , the C compounds ( aggregate ) are slowly added into this mixture for 3 - 5 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is obtained .​​​​​It should be mixed .
​​​​​​​​• The ingredients are packaged in the correct mixing proportions .​​​​​​​​​If a part of the product will be used , this ratio should be taken into consideration .​​​​​​

Application Information :​​​​

• DEMAFIX EPOXY ADHESIVE MORTAR should be applied by pouring it onto the prepared surface .​​​​ Application thickness should be at least 2 mm and at most 30 mm .

• The diameter of the hole opened during the anchoring process must be at least 6 mm larger than the diameter of the reinforcement , and the holes must be made with a wire brush or It should be cleaned with compressed air .​​​​​​​

• The epoxy mixture should be applied by filling it into a suitable mortar gun and pulling it from the inside of the drill hole to the outside .​​​​ ​Then , the anchor rod of the desired length and diameter should be placed in the hole and allowed to harden .​​​​​​​​​​​

Consumption :​​​

Approximately 1.70 kg / m2 ( for 1 mm thickness ) 8.3 liters of mortar is prepared with 15 kg of product .​​​​ In the table below , consumption amounts in grams according to hole and bolt diameters are given :​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

CAUTION :

• Avoid applying the product at air temperatures below + 10 ° C and above + 30 ° C .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ z. • DEMAFIX EPOXY ADHESIVE MORTAR should be mixed with a low speed mixing drill .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​It should never be mixed by hand or trowel .
