It is a single-component, acrylic dispersion-based, viscous primer with high adhesion power that is applied to vertical, glassy surfaces or ceramics before coating them on ceramics to increase adherence and balance the absorbency of the surface.

Usage areas:

•Indoors and outdoors.

•In horizontal and vertical applications.

•Before ceramic is coated on ceramic.

•On solid and painted (polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic) surfaces with cement-based plasters and screeds.

•It is used to increase adherence and balance the water need of the surface before coating on wooden and parquet surfaces.

Preparation of the Surface:

•In applications on concrete, reinforced concrete and screed, care must be taken to ensure that the surface is cured.

•The application surface must be clean of anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.

•The load-bearing and durability of old surfaces should be checked.

Application Information:

•DEMAFIX TILE PRIMER is ready for use. It is mixed before use and applied to the surface with a brush or roller.

•Apply in a single layer. The drying time of the product is 3 - 5 hours.

Consumption:

300 - 500 g/m ² (Varies depending on the absorbency and roughness of the application surface.)

Attention:

•Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +30°C.

•Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or exposed to direct sun and wind.

•Do not apply on unstable surfaces.

•Close the lid of the package tightly when not in use.

•Do not add foreign substances into the product.

•It is not used as a waterproofing material.

Shelf life:

It can be stored for 12 months in a dry environment in its unopened package between +5°C and +25°C. Mix well before use. Protect against freezing.

Health and Safety:

As with all chemical products, contact with food products, skin, eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage. During application, work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and masks in accordance with occupational and worker health rules should be used. If swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. It should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
