APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation;

·        The surface to be applied must be solid, dry, clean and free of loose parts.

·        Dirty, dusty, swollen and old painted surfaces should be cleaned by scraping and surface defects should be corrected.

Preparation of the Mixture;

·        The product is thinned with 10-15% epoxy thinner .

·        Do not mix the paint with another brand of paint.

·        is 2 hours at 23 ± 2 °C.

·        MIXING RATIO:

Dema Solvent Epoxy Paint A Component : 4 units

Dema Solvent Epoxy Paint B Component : 1 unit

·        The product should be mixed with a medium speed mixer at 400-600 rpm until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

APPLICATION;

·        The floor must be primed with a suitable primer beforehand.

·        It should be applied to the surface in 2 layers using a roller, brush or spraying.

·        You should wait 3-4 hours between coats.

·        During application, care should be taken to ensure that the surface and ambient temperature is between 5 and 35 °C.

Consumption;

·        M2 can be painted in a single coat with 1 kg of paint .

STORAGE CONDITIONS

·        The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature in its unopened original packaging.

·        It should be stored in a cool and dry environment, out of direct sunlight and protected from frost.

·        Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other and should be shipped on a first-in, first-out basis.
