AREAS OF USE

It is applied directly to the wooden parts of marine vessels and all wooden parts of buildings such as shutters, paneling, pergolas, door and window joinery.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation;

• Surfaces should be dry, cleaned of oil, dirt and dust, and if necessary, sanded and dust removed.

Preparation of the Mixture;

• The product is diluted with 10-15% synthetic thinner.

• Do not mix the paint with another brand of paint.

• It should be mixed until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

APPLICATION;

• It is applied to the surface with a brush or roller in 2 or 3 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. The first coat should be thinned with 15-20% Synthetic Thinner in order for the varnish to penetrate well into the wood pores, and the 2nd and 3rd coats should be applied without thinning and waiting at least 24 hours between coats.

• During application, care should be taken to ensure that the surface and ambient temperature is between 5 and 35 °C.

Consumption;

• Depending on the type of wood on which it is applied, 1 L covers an area of ​​12-16 m2 in a single coat.

STORAGE CONDITIONS 

• The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature in its original, unopened package.

• It should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight and protected from frost.

• Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other and should be shipped on a first-in, first-out basis.

• It can be stored in its original packaging in environments between 5 - 35 °C, away from direct sunlight. It should be protected from extreme temperature, humidity and frost.

THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED

• Old paint layers that cannot support themselves under the paint should be cleaned.

• The application temperature should be taken into consideration; application should be made within the temperature range of +5°C +30°C.

SAFETY ADVICE

• During application, appropriate work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and mask should be used.

• Hands and eyes should be protected with gloves and protective glasses. If the material comes into contact with the eyes, the eyes should be washed with plenty of water and a doctor should be consulted immediately.
