It is a white cement -based , single- component , polymer-added , trowel - applied, 1.5 mm mineral grain textured, top- coat decorative facade covering .

Preparation of the Surface :
• The application surface and sheets are solid and free of structures such as dust , oil , tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material , detergent and mold oils . It must be clean of anti - contaminant substances .
• Before application , DEMAFİX Decorative Plaster Primer is applied to the surface with a brush or roller .

Preparation of Mortar :

• DEMAFİX DECORATIVE PLASTER is added into approximately 6 - 6.5 liters of clean water and mixed thoroughly , preferably with a low speed mixer , until there are no lumps left . It is s ̧ tired .
​​​ • The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 minutes and is used by mixing again for 1 - 2 minutes.

• The mixture in the container should be consumed within 1.5 - 2 hours .

Application Information:

• The material should be applied with a steel trowel and spread over the entire surface in equal thickness .​​ Application thickness should be adjusted according to the largest aggregate .
​​​​​​ • Within 10 minutes at the latest , while the material is still wet , the plaster should be given a pattern by making circular movements with the plastic polishing trowel .

Consumption :​

2.25 - 2.75 kg/ m 2 ( Varies depending on the application surface . )

Caution :
• Temperatures below +5 ° C and above +35 ° C Avoid application in hot temperatures .
​​​​ • If possible , apply without a break . If a break is necessary , divide the surface into areas of approximately 20 m2 and apply separately .
• Apply the plastic trowel within 10 minutes at the latest and do not allow a film layer to form on the plaster .
• Avoid application in areas that are frozen , at risk of freezing within 24 hours , or exposed to direct sun and wind . If snowfall or severe cold is expected within approximately 1 week after application until the cement sets , the application should not be made or protective measures should be taken.

• Never add water or powder to expired mortar.

•The product should not be applied on horizontal surfaces exposed to rain .

Health and Safety :​

As with all chemical products, contact with food products , skin , eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage . During the application , work clothes , protective gloves , glasses and masks that comply with work and worker health rules should be used .​​ If swallowed by accident, seek medical advice . In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water . It should be stored in places where children cannot reach it .
