•25 kg DEMAFIX Aerated Concrete Adhesive Mortar is added to approximately 7.5 - 8 liters of clean water and mixed preferably with a low speed mixer until there are no lumps.

•The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 - 10 minutes and used again by mixing for 1 - 2 minutes.

•The mixture in the container should be consumed within approximately 2.5 hours.

APPLICATION Information :

•The bottom and side surfaces of the aerated concrete block in contact with the building mortar are laid by wetting it with water.

•DEMAFIX Aerated Concrete Adhesive Mortar is applied to the surface with a trowel or a 10x10 mm wide notched trowel.

During application, horizontal and vertical joints should be maximum 3 mm.

•Knitted blocks should be fixed by hammering from the top and side.

Attention :

•Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.

During application, work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and masks in accordance with occupational and worker health rules should be used. If swallowed by accident, consult a doctor.
