It is a cement - based , single - component , high - strength grout mortar suitable for R4 class .​​​

Usage areas :​​

• In interior and exterior spaces.

 • In horizontal , vertical and overhead repair applications.

Preparation of the surface :​​

• Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is cured .​​

• The application surface must be cleaned of weakly structured parts , dust , oil , tar , pitch , paint , silicone , curing material , detergent and residue . It must be cleaned of substances that prevent adhesion such as oils .​​​​

• The application surface should be wetted and kept moist , but excess water that pools on the application surface should be completely removed .​

• If there is an active water leak on the application surface , it should be closed with a suitable plug and the water leakage should be drained .

• The mortar whose expansion force is to be used at maximum level should be placed in a rectangular space with vertical sides . The minimum acceptable depth is 6 mm . If it is intended to be used as a coating , the maximum recommended thickness is 50 mm .

Preparation of the mortar :​​

First, half of the powder in a 25 kg bag is added to 3.9 liters of water and mixed with a low speed mixer (400 - 600 rpm) until there are no lumps . ̧ is removed .​​​​ Then, the remaining part of the powder is added and mixing continues for at least 5 minutes to obtain a 12.2 liter mortar .

Application Information:

• The prepared mortar is applied with a trowel to a thickness of 10 - 50 mm on each layer . For a thicker application , after the first layer dries, the second layer is applied to the surface in the same way . Large surfaces open to the atmosphere must be cured and protected against rapid evaporation .​​​​​​ Inadequacies in curing may reduce the initial expansion necessary to compensate for later shrinkage .

• It should not be subjected to vibration .

Consumption :​

Approximately 20 kg /m 2 ( for 10 mm thick person )

Attention:

• Avoid application at temperatures below +5 ° C and above +35 ° C.​​​​​​​​​​

• It is necessary to be extremely sensitive in water ratios during mixing . It should definitely be mixed with a low speed mixer , and mixing should not be done by hand .​​​​​​​

• It should not be used as a topcoat floor covering material on large surfaces .

• If the ambient temperature is below +8 ° C , the application surface should be covered and the placed mortar should be kept at minimum +8 ° C.​​​​​

• Avoid application in areas that are frozen , at risk of freezing within 24 hours , or exposed to direct sun and wind .

• Never add water or powder to expired mortar .​​

Shelf Life :​​

in moisture-free environments and in its unopened packaging on a pallet with a 10-layer stack for 12 months.

Health and Safety :​

As with all chemical products, contact with food products , skin , eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage . During the application , work clothes , protective gloves , glasses and masks that comply with work and worker health rules should be used .​​ If swallowed by accident, seek medical advice . In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water . It should be stored in places where children cannot reach it .
