It is a cement-based, single-component, polymer-reinforced fine aggregate, R2 class repair and surface smoothing mortar that provides smooth finishing on concrete surfaces.
Areas of Use:
• Indoors and outdoors,
• In horizontal and vertical applications,
• In restorations,
• Repair of concrete and prefabricated concrete elements, • Correction and repair of wall and ceiling plasters,
• It is used to obtain a smooth and solid surface before painting, ceramic coating and insulation. It is suitable for static cracks up to 5 mm.
Advantages:
• Does not cause cracking or dust formation.
• It can only be mixed with water and applied easily.
• It dries quickly, allowing use in a short time.
• Provides high adherence without primer.
• Resistant to water and freeze-thaw cycles.
•Optionally produced with fiber reinforcement.
Preparation of the Surface:
• Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is cured.
• The application surface must be clean of anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.
• The application surface should be wetted and kept moist.
Preparation of Mortar:
• Add 25 kg of DEMAFIX FINE REPAIR MORTAR into approximately 5 - 6 liters of clean water and mix it preferably with a low speed mixer until there are no lumps.
• The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 - 10 minutes and used again by mixing for 1 - 2 minutes.
• The mixture in the container should be consumed within 30 minutes.
Application Information:
• Repair mortar is applied to cracked and broken areas separated from the surface with the help of a trowel.
• Can be applied in thickness between 1 - 5 mm
Consumption:
1.5 kg/m2 (for 1 mm thickness)
Attention:
•Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
• Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or exposed to direct sun and wind.
• Never add powder or water to expired mortar.
• After the application is completed, keep the surface moist until the mortar cures.
• It is not applied on plaster, ready-colored plaster, paint and exterior cladding.

Shelf life:
In moisture-free environments and in unopened packaging.
It can be stored for 12 months on the pallet with 10 layers of stacking.
Health and Safety:
As with all chemical products, contact with food products, skin, eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage. During application, work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and masks in accordance with occupational and worker health rules should be used. If swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
It should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
