It is cement-based. Polymer-added, high performance, fiber-reinforced, thick aggregate plastering mortar specially prepared for thermal insulation boards.

Usage areas :​​

It is used in interior and exterior spaces.

As a surface plaster on thermal insulation boards ( EPS , XPS and stone wool ) .​​

Preparation of the surface :​​

• The application surface and sheets are sound and clean from non - adhesive substances such as dust, oil , tar , pitch, paint, silicone, curing material , detergent and mold oils . should be .​​

• The boards to be used must be strong and well -fitted into place , and the gaps between them must be closed with the same thermal insulation material .

Preparation of the mortar :​​

Add DEMAFİX heat plate plaster into approximately 5-6 liters of clean water and mix it preferably with a low speed mixer until there are no lumps.
• The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 - 10 minutes and is used by mixing again for 1 - 2 minutes .
• The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2 hours .

Application Information:

• At least 24 hours after the thermal insulation board is set , a first layer of plaster with a thickness of approximately 2 mm is applied on the boards with a steel trowel.

• While the applied mortar is still wet , it is pressed from the top to the bottom with a net , stretched and embedded into the mortar .​​​ After the first layer of mesh plaster has drained slightly , the second layer of plaster ( 2 mm thick ) should be applied . After two coats of application , the net
should be completely closed.

• To prevent cracking , the net is overlapped by 10 cm at the joints .
Mesh corner profile should be used in corners .
​​​​​​• It is necessary to wait 2 - 3 days for painting , depending on weather conditions and application thickness .
After the application is completed , if the air temperature is high , the surface should be moistened until the cement sets.

Consumption :​

3 - 4 kg/m 2 (Depending on the application method . )

Attention:

• Avoid application at temperatures below +5 ° C and above +35 ° C.​​​​​​​​​​

• Avoid application in areas that are frozen , at risk of freezing within 24 hours , or exposed to direct sun and wind . If snowfall or severe cold is expected within approximately 1 week after application until the cement sets , the application should not be made or protective measures should be taken .

• Never add water or powder to expired mortar .​​

• Be careful not to use sheets that have lost their properties by being exposed to the sun for a long time .

Shelf Life :​​

in moisture-free environments and in its unopened packaging on
a pallet with a 10-layer stack for 12 months.

Health and Safety :​

As with all chemical products, contact with food products , skin , eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage . During the application , work clothes , protective gloves , glasses and masks that comply with work and worker health rules should be used .​​ If swallowed by accident, seek medical advice . In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water . It should be stored in places where children cannot reach it .
