Cement based , eliminates surface defects and unwanted roughness , self - leveling and can be applied up to 10 mm thickness .​​​​​​​ It is a C25 class floor leveling system .​​​​​​​​

It is used to level the surface with a thickness of 2 - 10 mm before laying carpet , linoleum and PVC coatings .​

Preparation of the surface :​​

• The concrete subsurface must have sufficient compressive strength ( Minimum 25 N
/ mm 2 ) . • Care should
be taken to ensure that the application surface is cured .​​ • Weak concrete on the surface should be removed and the gaps should be filled with appropriate repair mortars .​​​​ • The application surface must be cleaned of substances that prevent adhesion such as dust , oil , tar , pitch, paint, silicone , curing material , detergent and mold oils .
• On heavily worn concrete surfaces , primer application should be started after increasing the adherence with cement mortar containing DEMATHERM LATEX .​​​​​​​
• The surface must be primed with DEMAFİX Floor Primer to prevent absorbency and increase adherence .
​​​​​​​• The level difference on the ground to be applied should be determined using tools such as hose scales and levels.

Preparation of the mortar :​​

• DEMAPHIC​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ is done .​​

• The prepared mortar is left to mature for 2 - 3 minutes and is used by mixing again for 1 - 2 minutes .

• The mixture in the container should be consumed within approximately 30 - 35 minutes .

Application Information:

• Following priming of the surface, DEMAFIX SELF - LEVELING SCREED THICK , - C25 application should be started after at least 30 minutes , depending on weather conditions .

• The prepared mortar in a fluid consistency should be poured onto the surface .​​​​​​​ In order to facilitate the spreading process , its thickness should be adjusted by making corrections in places with a notched trowel .​​​​ During application , a hedgehog roller and spiked shoes should be used to avoid air bubbles remaining inside the product .​​​​​​​​

• In applications in large areas , uninterrupted application is required to prevent the formation of cold joints . For this reason, to ensure the continuity of the pouring process , the material should be prepared in more than one bucket and the application should be completed by pouring it on the ground one after the other .

Consumption :​

1.6 - 1.8 kg/ m2 ( for 1 mm thick person )

Attention:

• Avoid application at temperatures below +5 ° C and
above +35 ° C.​​​​​​​​​​ • Avoid application in areas that are frozen , at risk of freezing within 24 hours , or exposed to direct sun and wind .
• Never add water or
powder to expired mortar .​​ • Avoid rapid drying of the material .
​​ • You should wait at least 3 days for it to be coated . • It is not applied in outdoor and industrial areas .
• It is not applied on wet surfaces exposed to moisture .
• Apply on old concrete surfaces , with surface repairs and a primer layer .
• In systems with underfloor heating , the heating system should be turned off 24 hours before the application and turned on 72 hours after the application .

As with all chemical products, contact with food products , skin , eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage . During the application , work clothes , protective gloves , glasses and masks that comply with work and worker health rules should be used .​​ If swallowed by accident, seek medical advice . In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water . It should be stored in places where children cannot reach it .
