Application Information:

DEMAFİ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​X It should be mixed with a truck mixer at high speed for approximately 5 minutes without waiting .​ Then concrete that has gained waterproofing properties with DEMAFİX LATEX should be poured .​​​​ The working time of the material is approximately 50 minutes after it is added to the mixture .

Consumption :​

A maximum of 2 % of the cement weight in admixture concrete design is used , and the maximum consumption in each concrete class exceeds 7 kg in 1 m3 of concrete  ̧ should not be made .

Attention:

·       Shake the canister well before application .​​ • The amount of water in the mixture of concrete should be reduced by the amount of DEMAFİX LATEX used . ( When DEMAFİX​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​ ​concrete design recipe should be requested. DEMAFİX LATEX consumption may vary depending on the cement dosage of the concrete and the additives in the concrete design .

·       İn order for DEMAFİX​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ LATEX to be mixed homogeneously in the concrete, it must be added to the truck mixer and mixed mechanically.

·       If CEM II or III Portland cement is used in the concrete mixture , it may be appropriate to use a setting retarder . DEMAFİX LATEX is compatible with other concrete admixtures . (Additives such as naphthalene sulfonate , polycarboxylate etc. )

·       • The aggregates to be used in the concrete where DEMAFİX LATEX will be applied must be clean and with the correct sieve spacing .

Shelf Life :​​

It can be stored in its unopened package in a dry environment and at a temperature of +10 ° C for 12 months . Shake well before use .​​​​​​ Protect against freezing .

As with all chemical products , food products , skin , eyes and mouth should not be contacted during use and storage . During the application, work clothes , protective gloves, glasses and masks that comply with work and worker health rules should be used . If swallowed by accident, seek medical advice .
