Share the Product :

Cement based , single component , fluid consistency , fast hardening , high strength , non - separating , non - sweating , particularly pleasant . It is a mortar suitable for R4 class .

Areas of Usage :
In interior and exterior spaces.

In elevating manhole covers.

• In the installation of paving stones and curbs.

• In poles .and fixing of urban furniture .

• Fixing of machine legs,
• Repair of field concretes , aircraft and helipads,
Repairs that will be put into use quickly and where high strength is required.

It is used in the combinations of prefabricated concrete elements.

• In filling the gaps in hard -to - reach places .

Advantages :

• After application , it will set within 20 minutes at the latest . It can be used after 1 - 2 hours .
Due to its fluidity feature , it fills the gaps and is easily applied with a pump.

Prevents shrinkage after setting .
If desired , a high strength and flowable concrete can be obtained by mixing it with number I clean aggregate at a rate of 25% .

Due to its high density feature , it is resistant to oil and water permeability .
 • It does not contain metallic aggregate and chlorine .
It can only be mixed with water and applied easily .

Preparation of the surface :

• Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is cured . • The application surface must be cleaned of weakly structured parts , dust , oil , tar , pitch , paint , silicone , curing material , detergent and residue . It must be cleaned of substances that prevent adhesion such as oils . • When used to place the machine legs , the mortar should be leveled and its position should not be changed afterwards .
 • The application surface should be wetted and kept moist , but excess water that pools on the application surface should be completely removed .
 • If there is an active water leak on the application surface , it should be closed with a suitable plug and the water leakage should be drained .
• To prevent leakage , care must be taken to ensure that the molds are intact , and the application area must be prevented from being exposed to vibration until the mortar hardens .

Preparation of the mortar :

To obtain a fluid consistency , first half of the powder in a 25 kg bag is added to 3.25 - 4 liters of water and heated at low speed ( 400 - 600 rpm ) . /min) is mixed with a mixer until there are no lumps left . Then, the remaining part of the powder is added and mixing should continue for at least 2 minutes to obtain a homogeneous consistency .

Application Information:

• Since it sets quickly , application should be made immediately after the mixture is prepared .

• The prepared mortar should be applied to a thickness between 10 mm and 50 mm on each floor to prevent air from being squeezed into the mold . It is poured uninterruptedly from one side . In thicker applications, after the first coat has cured , the second coat should be applied to the surface in the same way .

• The prepared mortar should not be subjected to vibration , it should be placed with a steel wire .

• Molds can be dismantled after approximately 1 - 2 hours .

• Vehicle traffic or operation of machinery should be prevented until full hardening occurs .

Consumption :

Approximately 20 kg /m 2 ( for 10 mm thick person )

Attention:

• Avoid application at temperatures below +5 ° C and above +35 ° C.

• The water ratios are extremely high during mixing .to be sensitive . It should definitely be mixed with a low speed mixer , and mixing should not be done by hand .

• Avoid application in areas that are frozen , at risk of freezing within 24 hours , or exposed to direct sun and wind .

• Never add water or powder to expired mortar .

• Only unsealed bags should be used .
