Share the Product :

It is a cement-based, single-component, chemical and fiber-added, ready-made rough plaster that can be applied by machine or hand.

Use Fields :

•Indoors and outdoors.

•On walls and ceilings.

•It is used on surfaces such as brick, aerated concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice and briquette.

Advantages :

•It provides high adherence to the surface and does not sag or spill.

•It allows both machine and manual application and provides convenience.

•Since it is applied quickly by machine, it saves time and labor.

•In machine applications, it reduces the wear of the spirals and does not cause clogging.

•It does not crack because it contains fiber.

•As the mortar spreads easily and fills the gaps, the application surfaces are easily leveled and a homogeneous finish is achieved.

•Since it is a fabricated mortar, it provides continuity of quality compared to black plaster.

•It is more resistant to outdoor conditions than black plaster.

•It is recommended for surfaces where the mold surface is damaged and on which plastering is required.

of the surface Preparation :

•Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.

•The application surface must be clean from substances that prevent adhesion such as dust, oil, tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.

•Depending on the depth, DEMAFIX REPAIR MORTAR THIN or THICK REPAIR MORTAR should be used to repair cracks and holes on the surface.

•Before exposed concrete applications, the surface should be primed with DEMAFIX Exposed Concrete Primer.

•The application surface must be moistened.

•Anos should be created using leveling slats in large areas.

mortar Preparation :

•35 kg DEMAFIX MACHINE PLASTER is added to approximately 6.3 - 7.0 liters of clean water and mixed preferably with a low speed mixer until there are no lumps.

•The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 - 10 minutes and used again by mixing for 1 - 2 minutes.

•The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2 - 3 hours.

APPLICATION Information :

•The material should be applied with a spray machine or trowel and spread over the entire surface in equal thickness.

•After application, the surface should be leveled with a smoothing gauge.

•Rough plaster application should not exceed 1.5 cm in a single layer and 3 cm in total.

•The plaster that has started to harden must be smoothed by polishing it with a trowel without delay.

•In plaster application when the air temperature is above 20°C, the first irrigation should be made after 12 - 15 hours. Then it should be watered at least three times with an interval of 12 hours.

•The first irrigation should be done 24 hours after plaster application when the air temperature is below 20°C.

Then it should be watered at least three times with an interval of 12 hours.

•Afterwards, the application surface should be kept moist for 1 week.

•To obtain a smoother surface, DEMAFIX READY PLASTER 0-08 should be applied on it.

•To ensure stronger adhesion in outdoor applications, application should be made by mixing with DEMAFIX LATEX or DUAL COMPONENT ELASTIC Component B.

•For transitions between different materials, plaster mesh should be used on the surfaces and plaster profiles should be used in the corners.

Consumption :

13 - 15 kg/m 2 (for 1 cm thickness)

Attention :

•Avoid application at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.

•Do not add foreign substances such as lime, cement, sand and plaster into the material.

•Pay attention to the amount of water added to the mortar. Do not add more water than necessary.

•Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or exposed to direct sun and wind. If snowfall or severe cold is expected within approximately 1 week after application, application should not be made or protective measures should be taken.

•Never add water or powder to expired mortar.

•For applications on DEMAFIX MACHINE PLASTER, at least 10 days should be waited depending on the ambient temperature.

PACKAGING :

35 kg craft bags

Shelf Lifespan :

It can be stored in moisture-free environments and in its unopened packaging on an 8-layer pallet for 12 months.

Health And Safety :

As with all chemical products, contact with food products, skin, eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage. During application, work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and masks in accordance with occupational and worker health rules should be used. If swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. It should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
