It is an acrylic (elastomeric) resin - based , single - component , flexible waterproofing material .

Usage areas :​​

• In interior and exterior spaces.

• On horizontal and vertical surfaces.

• On different surfaces such as reinforced concrete, galvanized, zinc , aluminum and sheet metal ,
• In bathrooms and kitchens etc. It is used in wet areas.

• On flat and sloping roofs.
• On terraces and balconies without direct sun contact .

Preparation of the surface :​​

• Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is cured.

• The application surface must be cleaned of substances that prevent adhesion such as dust , oil , tar , pitch, paint, silicone , curing material , detergent and mold oils .

• Vertical corners must be chamfered appropriately.

Application Information:

• SUKESy should be applied to the surface in minimum two layers with a brush or roller, each layer creating a film thickness of approximately 1 - 1.5 mm.

• It dries in approximately 4 - 5 hours , depending on weather conditions . Apply another coat before one coat dries completely.

• It is recommended to use carrier materials such as Water Insulation Mesh or felt between two layers on roofs that are against water pressure or on navigable roof.

• DEMAFFIC XLICT MEMBRANE gains mechanical strength after 5 days and becomes water impermeable after 7 days . It reaches its final strength after 14 days.

• In applications where coating will be applied , adhesion to the adhesion should be increased by sandblasting before the last layer dries .

• It must be protected against punctures and impacts.

Coloring and Painting:

SUKES is produced in white color . It can be produced in different colors upon order . It can be colored with water-based paste type pigments during application . It can be painted with acrylic - based , water - based exterior paints .

Consumption :​

Approximately 1.4 kg / m2 is used for 1 mm film thickness .​​​​ It should be applied at least two coats . It is recommended to apply three coats in places where high protection is required.

Attention:

• Avoid application at temperatures below +5 ̊ C and above +35 ̊ C.​​​​​​​​​​

• Avoid application in areas that are frozen , at risk of freezing within 24 hours , or exposed to direct sun and wind .

• SUKESs is not suitable for water tanks , swimming pools and foundation insulation that are under constant water pressure .​​​​​

• Do not contact with surfaces such as metal and glass . It may cause permanent staining.

• It should not be applied to wet and humid surfaces.

• When product application is finished or paused​​.

Shelf Life :​​

be stored in its unopened package in a dry environment between +5 ° C and +25 ° C for 12 months . Mix well before use .​​​​​​​​​​ Protect against freezing .

Health and Safety :​

As with all chemical products, contact with food products , skin , eyes and mouth should not be avoided during use and storage . During the application , work clothes , protective gloves , glasses and masks that comply with work and worker health rules should be used .​​ If swallowed by accident, seek medical advice . In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water . It should be stored in places where children cannot reach it.
