It can be used on all kinds of wall surfaces on the exterior of buildings.

AREAS OF USE

• It can be used safely for decorative and protective purposes on all kinds of exterior surfaces such as plaster, plaster, concrete and eternite.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Surface Preparation;

• The surface to be applied must be solid, dry, clean and free of loose parts.

• Dirty, dusty, swollen and old painted surfaces should be cleaned by scraping and surface defects should be corrected with Dema Acrylic Paste. 

Preparation of the Mixture;

• The product is diluted with 10-15% water.

• The product should be mixed with a medium speed mixer at 400-600 rpm until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. 

APPLICATION;

• The floor must be primed with a suitable primer beforehand.

• It should be applied to the surface in 2 layers with a roller or brush.

• You should wait 3-4 hours between coats.

• During application, care should be taken to ensure that the surface and ambient temperature is between 5 and 35 °C.

Consumption;

• Total theoretical consumption 0.125 kg/m2 - 0.150 kg/m2

STORAGE CONDITIONS 

• Shelf life is 12 months.

• It should be stored in a cool and dry environment, out of direct sunlight and protected from frost.

• Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other and should be shipped on a first-in, first-out basis.

• It can be stored in its original packaging in environments between 5 - 35 °C, away from direct sunlight. It should be protected from extreme temperature, humidity and frost.

• Old paint layers that cannot support themselves and absorbent surfaces such as lime under the paint should be cleaned.

• The application temperature should be taken into consideration; application should be made within the temperature range of +5°C +30°C.

SAFETY ADVICE

• During application, appropriate work clothes, protective gloves, glasses and mask should be used.

• Food and beverage materials should not be brought into the application area.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS              

• The paint should be mixed well before use.

• Ambient temperature during application should be between 5-35 °C.

• After each application; The brush or roller should be cleaned with water.

• Surfaces on which Vienna Matte Exterior Paint is applied should be protected from physical and chemical factors for 3 days.

• Paint should never be discharged into sewers and water channels.

• Application should be done as stated above.
