Acrylic-based, one-component, ready-to-use primer for dust-prone and absorbent surfaces.
material.
Areas of Use:
• Indoors and outdoors,
• In horizontal and vertical applications,
•On highly absorbent surfaces,
• Before floor materials such as leveling screed
• If it will be applied on floors with underfloor heating, the heating should be turned off during application. In winter applications, the heating system should be kept between 15 - 18°C.
• To increase adherence before ceiling plastering,
• It is used to increase the adherence of concrete surfaces that will be exposed to pedestrian traffic against dust.
Consumption:
100 - 200 g/m2 (Varies depending on the absorbency and roughness of the application surface.)
Attention:
• Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of freezing within 24 hours, or exposed to direct sun and wind.
• DEMA SURFACE PRIMER should be shaken well before use.
PACKAGING:
In 5 kg and 20 kg plastic drums

• Provides high adherence and prevents dust formation.
• It is applied before cement and plaster based coatings to be applied to absorbent surfaces, preventing rapid water loss of the screed and air bubbles that may occur.
•Increases workability.
• Provides resistance against moisture.
• Suitable for bottom heated systems.
• It is also suitable for use on ceilings and vertical surfaces.
PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE:
• Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is cured.
• The application surface must be clean of anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils.
Application Information:
• DEMA SURFACE PRIMER Floor Primer is a ready-to-use primer. Shake well before use and apply to the surface in a single layer using a brush or roller. If necessary, 2 coats can be applied on some surfaces.
• When applying the first coat on old concrete or rough damaged surfaces, dilute it 1/1 with water, and apply it undiluted on the second coat.
• The drying time of the product is approximately 45 - 60 minutes. If coating will be done on it, coating should be done before the primer dries completely.
